Working with Florico Design
Getting Started
The easiest way to get started is to request a free design consultation through our website or by calling us. We’ll schedule an in-home visit, assess your space, and walk you through the design process, material options, and a full project estimate — with no obligation.
Yes, completely free. We visit your home, measure the space, and spend as much time as needed discussing your goals, style preferences, and budget. There is no cost and no pressure to move forward.
Most initial consultations take 60–90 minutes. Complex multi-room projects may take longer. We want to understand the full scope before building your estimate so there are no surprises later.
Not at all. We work with a wide range of budgets. If you have a budget in mind, sharing it helps us recommend materials and scope that fit. If you’re not sure yet, we can help you understand typical cost ranges for your type of project.
Yes. We are a full-service remodeling company. We handle design consultation, material selection, procurement, project management, and installation. You have one point of contact throughout the entire process.
Kitchen Remodeling
Kitchen remodels vary widely based on scope, materials, and square footage. A mid-range kitchen remodel in the Coconut Creek area typically ranges from $25,000 to $60,000. A full custom kitchen with premium materials can exceed $80,000. We provide itemized quotes so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
A typical kitchen remodel takes 4–8 weeks from the start of demolition to final walk-through. Custom cabinetry and specialty materials may add lead time. We give you a project schedule before work begins so you can plan accordingly.
Most homeowners stay in their homes during a kitchen remodel. We set up a temporary kitchen space when possible and maintain a clean worksite daily. There will be some days without running water in the kitchen, and we’ll give you advance notice.
We offer Shaker, Classic, and Modern cabinet collections in a wide range of finishes including white, gray, navy, espresso, black, dove, sand, and walnut. You can order samples from our website to see the finish in your home before committing.
Yes. We source and install countertops as part of our kitchen remodeling service. Popular choices include quartz, granite, and butcher block. We work with suppliers in South Florida to offer competitive pricing.
Bathroom Remodeling
A full bathroom remodel typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on scope. A simple cosmetic update (tile, vanity, fixtures) may be faster. A full gut renovation with new layout, plumbing, and tile work takes longer. We build a specific timeline into every project agreement.
Yes, tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most requested bathroom upgrades. We handle all demolition, waterproofing, tile work, fixture installation, and cleanup. We’ll make sure the new shower fits your space and meets all local building requirements.
Cosmetic updates (tile, vanity, fixtures) typically do not require permits. Structural changes, plumbing rerouting, or electrical work may require permits from the City of Coconut Creek. Florico Design handles permit applications when required — you don’t have to navigate this yourself.
Cabinets & Flooring
Yes. We offer a sample ordering service on our website. Samples let you see the actual finish and wood grain in your home’s lighting before making a final decision. We recommend ordering 2–3 finishes to compare in your space.
We install hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), porcelain tile, ceramic tile, and laminate flooring. We help you select the right material based on traffic, moisture exposure, and your style goals. LVP is particularly popular in South Florida due to humidity resistance.
During your consultation, we assess each room’s use, moisture levels, and existing subfloor condition. We’ll recommend the best options and explain the trade-offs between materials so you can make a confident decision.
